Pedal Commander

Just installed a pedal commander on our 2017 6.2. It makes a huge difference. So with that, who else here has installed one and what setting do you think works best for towing a 4000 pound travel trailer?

How would you characterize the performance difference on a 6.7?

There is no actual performance gain, all though it feels like it lol. It just increases the pedal signal, no more delay/lag.

It's just a positive exponential curve making the pedal feel more responsive. But the lack of lag trick, is interesting. Not sure what's going on there.

With the torque of the 6.7, I'd think it would be a bit annoying. It's the 1st thing I'd unplug in the winter.

Never heard of Pedal Commander, but a quick check on Amazon reveals some pretty positive reviews. I would be curious to hear some more from you guys who have used it. $300 isn't crazy expensive, but is it REALLY that big of a difference? How about on the "Eco" mode? How much gas did you save, and does it make the response more sluggish?

For me its night and day difference, i couldnt stand the stock gas pedal. Now when i give it gas i dont have a dead spot so to say. As for fuel savings i highly doubt there is any. I have not run the eco mode.

The difference is huge. I tried at all the modes to see what the difference is. Their is a big difference between the factory settings and the city, sport and sport +. As for the economy mode you can tell a big difference because the response is a lot slower than factory. For example, at a red light everyone runs off and leaves you and you feel like you just keep pressing the pedal and nothing much happens. Then you switch to city, sport or sport + and the light turns green and you almost run them over because the pedal is so responsive . I love it just need to find what setting works best for me. Also, each setting can range from 1 to 4 on the device. I put it in sport + 4 last night and the truck was jumping all over the place. Kind of fun but the New Orleans street wasn't the place for it.
