Are you trying to remove the arm with the torsion bar adjuster still installed, because the TB adjuster has to get pulled off first?
yes I was. But I have both control arms off and I have the lower pulled down away from the crossmember it mounts too.. since I already bought control arms. I took a cut off wheel and cut the control arm where it goes around the bar.. but still even with a cut to open it up I heated it up tried the puller and no go. So I kept swinging the hammer an thought it was moving.. all sudden the whole torsion bar fell to the ground.. I never loosened one bolt by the keys or anything.. I ended up having to flip over cut another place on the control arm heat it up and beat the he’ll out of it... it was insane.. idk what I’d do if u was trying to save the cash by just gettin ball joints... so I’ve never dealt with torsion bars.. since that pulled out in the rear is there anything I need to know or slcertain way it needs to go in?
Well so i started with broke ball joints and the tire had came off in our drive way. Doing so it pulled out the cv axel no big deal I thought.. but I didn’t realize the cv axel was bolt in. Can I try slip this back in together or is it just junk...
