that’s Y the two scrap piece method with a clamp and scribe. Once you get the curve right just spread the two apart until....blah blah you get the idea. No measurements thus no chances for measurement errors.

I have those as well on my F-250 and had to modify the area that fit behind the mirrors with a dremel tool to get them to fit correctly. Must have got some bad ones. My truck is black and I like the look of the low profile visors. To other posters, I have a DeeZee bed mat and it conforms nicely.
