7.3 van no start, help?

Viewed the video a few times and I'd bet the PCM is loosing power while cranking, but just a guess at this point. After cranking then key turned to back to RUN, where values start displaying, does the WTS light come back ON, briefly?

so you guys pretty much got it dead on, electrical power was the issue, or lack there of. The batteries were depleted and also failed during test. So two new batteries were swapped in and the van is back on the road. Anyways, thanks to you all for the time and effort in helping me figure this one out.
