HI GUYS I HAVE A 96 P.S. STARTED IT A FEW DAYS AGO IT RAN FOR 10 SECONDS DIED AND WILL NOT START. NO FUEL GETTING TO INJECTORS NO SMOKE OUT OF EXAUST WHILE TURNING OVER WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
A little more info would help. If the truck has been sitting for a while, and has not had fuel added to it since summer or fall, I can see that as a possibility. But, more than likely, it's a blown fuse.
THE TRUCK HAS BEEN RUNNING DAILY IM IN NORTHWEST WI. IT HAS BEEN 15 TO 25 BELOW 0 FOR AWEEK. THERE IS FUEL IN FILTER CANISTER BUT NO SMOKE COMING FROM EXAUST WHILE SPINNING OVER. BLOCK HEATER IS WORKING. WHAT FUSES WOULD I CHEAK TO MAKE SURE THE MOTOR WILL FIRE? I DONT USE STARTING FLUID IN IT BUT CAN I POUR FUEL DIRECTLY IN THEINTAKE?
Do you get a wait to start light? If not check fuse 22 in the under hood power distribution box. It powers the fuel heater, and PCM relay. If it is blown, unplug the fuel heater and replace the fuse.

NOOOOOO!!! These engines are nothing like a gasoline engine where that works. If you pour fuel down the intakes, you'll bend a connecting rod.
Things we need to know:
1. Does the tach move when you are cranking the engine?
2. Check fuse #22 in the engine bay. If it's blown, disconnect your fuel heater on the fuel bowl and replace the fuse.
3. Report back with findings.
