He fell the other day and landed with a heavy thud, hoping he hasn't found it was worse than he thought..

Roy, just rest and let the body heal itself. Although meds do help. Just don't confuse Aleve with those other blue pills...

I am trying to rest...... That helps !
But, I tend to be too busy. At church to interview for a bookkeeper position..... 1:30 - 4:00
Grocery store.....
Then ff to school...... Meeting and fund raiser program.
Back home at 7:45..... Eating dinner and slacked on FTE
I hope to have a quiet and resting day tomorrow.......
