OD flashing light

OD flashing light
All,
i have had a serious issue with my EX. The OD light will come on and flash sometimes when I come to a stop. When it does happen it tries to stall out and when I start going it changes hard into second gear. Also sometimes when this happens it is like all the electronic accessories turn off. The key is turned on still so the at is odd. The radio will completely shut off and turn back on. I had the radio changed out around the time this started happening but not sure if this could contribute to this. I took it to a Ford Dealership and below is a list of parts they have replaced. Any help sure is appreciated.

Transmission
PCM
Alternator
Battery
GEM Module

You need a good diagnostic tech. It looks like the dealer is just throwing parts at it hoping that they will get lucky before you run out of money.
What part of the world are you located? I know a few shops around the US, maybe one will be close to you.

Sorry, I don't know any shop within a reasonable distance of you. What you need to do is find an independent shop that specializes in electrical diagnosis. Something is playing havoc with the electrical system in your truck.
Since it started about when you replaced the radio I think it would be worth a try to unplug each connection from the radio and see if the truck drives any differently.
