Another fuel problem?
I replaced my fuel pump in November, I believe it was- not lon ago. Swapped in a new Delphi cartridge from Autozone into the sending unit. I noticed immediately that I think the evap return line got pinched when I reinstalled the tank, as there was pressure build up. Then, that changed to excessive vacuum in the tank, to which I just drive with the filler cap cracked open. Here are my current issues-
1- Forscan showing a B1203 sender short to ground code.
2- gauge not reading accurately- I ran out of gas and was stranded when it showed a quarter tank.
3- cranks for a while without starting sometimes, otherwise will start fine but still has to crank far longer than it used to.
4- CEL for not bring able to pull a vacuum on the tank (because filler cap is cracked due to too much vacuum forming.)
I cleared the CEL and ran it with the cap locked in place- no CEL but enough vacuum to make it slightly difficult to remove the cap. Still long crank time.
any ideas? I figure the sending unit decided to crap out on me after I replaced the pump. The starting issue is troubling- could the fuel pump be going south again?

forgot to say it's a 6.8 v10 4x4 with 135k
EDIT- I forgot the strangest thing. When I try to fill up the tank, it's happened at two different gas stations, the pump keeps shutting off. If I barely trickle it, it goes it, but if I try to lock it on it immediately turns off. I know the tank isn't full. After that, I dropped a camera down the filler neck into the tank. No obstructions at all. The rubber filler neck is crimped in slightly- the hose I used wasn't the same angle as the original, but it's a minor closure and didn't cause problems filling it a couple times a week for months now, until last week.
