That worked on some of the bolts but not all. I think that every truck is different based upon where it was built and used. You might try a little heat on the stubborn ones. Ideally from the back side where the corrosion lives. Just don't get the hinge cherry red on you might embrittle it.
I replaced those phillips head bolts with allen head bolts and used anti-sieze compound. I'm glad that I did as I have had the doors off several times and that makes it easier. I couldn't find Torx head bolts in that size or I would have used them as they are less likely than allen head to strip out.
