If your doing all four, then yes.
Typical price for the rears (only), but you have to install them, pretty simple for most. When I ordered my truck I regret not getting these then, just one less thing to do.

The fronts are kind of redundant because the truck already comes with felt type mesh liners up there. While many think this is Ford cheaping out, it's actually done for a reason and likely costs the same as plastic. The stock fabric front liners are sound deadening in the cab where as the plastic make noise when hit with road debris. Many luxury brands use them at all 4 corners to eliminate the noise from rock and ice strikes. So, if you live in an area where there is a lot of mud (on a dirt road for example), the plastic fronts are a good addition as they are easier to clean. However, if you never see mud or off road, I would just get the rears and leave the included fabric fronts to do their thing.

Yes, I think they are worth having. Clean-up is a breeze. And you probably won't be actually paying the full MSRP of $325 as I assume you're negotiating a discount.
