Yes. Many folks here run 285/75R-16 tires on their trucks, with the factory rims. I run E-rated tires with 70psi in the front and 45psi in the rear. I do raise the rear tires up if I'm going to tow or load the bed up. I have a diesel which is about 500lbs heavier in the front than a gas truck. Not knowing what you have, you may run a little less air if yours is a gas truck.
