^^^what he said. Folds to sides, or flips out and in........whatever you need. Love mine, keeps everything from flying to the front of the bed. The only negative I have found, when folded to sides, it takes up about 2-3 inches, the golf cart won't fit. I have to remove the bolts and take it out out.
