adjustable coupler heights

so i just bought a deck over bumperpull trailer for my landscape company. it has and adjustable channel coupler, one with eight holes in it. i adjusted the coupler all the way to the bottom, to try and raise the front of the trailer. its still not level when hooked up.

is there a different coupler that i can bolt on to lower the coupler another inch or so? or do i need to cut the channel off and weld it on lower?

i could adjust the hitch on my pickup but i have five other trailers that are already set up to the current ball height. and the two enclosed trailers do not have adjustable couplers like the skid trailers.

thanks guys

Get a ball mount that is raised to the proper level, and just switch it out. That's why the receiver hitch was designed....

Or, find a welding shop that can do what's needed to the trailer.
