I think that is the right one. I proactively replaced mine with a Dorman 6.0 cooler as part of my 200K mile maintenance that I got from Amazon
Amazon Amazon
It was cheaper when I got it in Sept last year. Though I don't tow, and this EX is a DD for me, I have been happy with this changeover.

Agree, that looks like the right one. It's about what I paid for mine too. IIRC, there's to blades/fins on the back side of it, either remove or bend them over so they don't interfere with radiator...especially when installing.

I still have a brand new OEM 6.o cooler in the box in my garage... waiting for either installation with a rebuild or reselling if I get rid of the truck before doing the transmission.

What's people's thoughts on the Mishimoto cooler, is it worth the extra?

I'm not sure how they stack up against each other for cooling but CNC Fab has an OEM 26-row and the Mishimoto for about the same price.

There was a long thread about those a while back, and I did some calling and dialoguing with Mishimoto about how theirs compares to the stockers... the Mishi unit does in fact have larger volume for better cooling, but I'd have to dig up the numbers again. If I recall, I was not convinced that there would be any significant benefit unless you were using your truck as a tow pig on a regular basis.

Keep in mind a tranny that runs too cool will not eradicate moisture.

That's why I installed the Derale 170F thermostat.

You had me at "eradicate".

It will just eradicate your wallet of any extra cash you have in it.
