Well, did some more diagnostics and it appears that cyl 3 and 4 are dead! I also noticed that the issue got worse when I put new plugs and wires in back when I got the truck. Praying on a bad plug wire, or dead injectors or wiring.
Well, injector harness came up fine for those 2 connectors, as did the ohms for the injectors. Also borrowed high quality plug wires from my 86 f250. NADA. About to give up.

Do you know the compression of those 2 cylinders ?
I do not, and I don't have a compression tester... I still think it has something to do with ignition/fuel though because every once and a while it doesn't chug and runs perfect, for about 10 seconds, but still. I know it somewhat changed when I put new plug wires on? Maybe the routing of them is messed up? No idea why they aren't contributing, other than clogged injectors or fried ecm. Will be snatching some JY injectors and cleaning them soon. Will see if there is any difference, and I will see about renting a compression tester. Not the end of the world as it was planned to only be a parts truck that I have been DDing. Guess it might be parts quicker than anticipated.
