Tow mirrors and BLIS

I think its only available on Lariat and higher trim packages. If you try to build an XLT, you can add BLIS, but if you then add the Trailer Tow Mirrors, it will remove the BLIS.
These packages are sometimes completely stupid. The Tow Mirror upgrade is the same price on XLT as it is Lariat, except on the Lariat, they are power fold. But, on an F250, you can upgrade an XLT to the Trailer Tow mirrors and they are full power - fold/telescope.
I'm sure there is some explanation as to why the combinations vary between XLT/Lariat for F150 or SuperDuty. But, in my opinion, it makes no sense. If I want an XLT and do some towing, maybe I'd like the safety feature of BLIS with the nice mirrors.
