Yes, that's kinda the right fluid.
When the E4OD was designed that was the fluid specification. Ford discontinued this spec in 2006 and changed MERCON V to be compatible with the E4OD and other transmissions that used MERCON. MERCON V is now specified for the E4OD.
*IF* that fluid meets that spec then it's fine to use it. However, MERCON V is a better fluid and I recommend using it.

Ok, that leaves my question if this fluid also goes into the transfer case?

Ps I found one wit this spec (I'm sorry, those spec's don't really speak to me) would that be ok?
