I bet the payload on that thing is going to be glorious.

 

Why not 4 wheel drive?

 

No 4 wheel drive because I haven't had the need. My fiver weighs 11K, my car hauler is a 10K, but I'm upgrading from a 8' PU camper @ 1500# to a 9.5' @ 3200#, plus I want some of the new tech.

 

Just keep in mind that your turning radius is going to be longer with 4x2.

 

Order was placed 2-15-2018, I hope the timing works out... I am on the road, and will be back home about April 7th, planning to leave for Alaska with the new truck June 1st.

 

Except for a blue CCSB w/ Chrome Pkg (want / need the running boards) and w/o the sunroof, this is very much like what I have in mind for our next truck!

True, but manageable:

CCLB 4x4: 57.8 feet diameter curb-to-curb
CCLB 4x2: 59.6 feet

Grrrrr
So my sales guy sent me a confirmation on 2/12 that he sent my order to Ford, but here we are on 3/14 with NO order number.
Called Customer Service to open a case number, then called the Sales Manager at my Dealership.
Their was a suspicion that it was a "commodity" problem, also seemed to imply that if I had ordered a 4X4 it would have gone faster.
...this all leaves me a bit frustrated, but I will give the system a few days to do what it does.

P.S. anyone know much about the Ram 3500 with air suspension?
