Mac's Auto parts carry them, at least according to their online item description, quality is another question. Search under 'motor mounts'.
Dennis Carpenter online catalog list mounts but do not offer a clue as to application?

WHOA! The OP failed to mention if his 1965 is 2WD or 4WD and is asking for bushings for the motor mounts, but there's no such thing.
If it's 4WD .. it will have two front center rubber insulators (1 upper, 1 lower), 4 rear rubber insulators (2 upper, 2 lower).
If it's 2WD .. it will have a right and a left front steel/rubber insulator.

for the motor mounts for my 65 Ford There's no such thing as bushings, look at 6038 in lower parts catalog pic.
C7TZ-6038-A (replaced C5TZ-6038-G) Right & C7TZ-6038-B (replaced C5TZ-6038-H) Left .. 240/300 I-6 Front Steel/Rubber Insulators / Obsolete ~ Available NOS & auto parts stores.
