6.7 Cold Start Romps!
Flashback to my old 7.3... started my 6.7 today after sitting outside for 8 hours at -20 but throughout the day it gradually warmed up to -6*... shouldn't be a problem... right?
Fired her up and she romped for a good 10 seconds before "smoothing" out to a rough idle. Was pretty surprised...I've started her many times at -15 without issue.

I run synthetic. 101K miles and its a 2015. I just put the key in and turned, didnt wait any time for the glow plugs to be warm since they're supposed to be instant.
Will try again today and see if I can recreate the romping.

did this today single temp 8 F dealer says he will change out glow plugs and module this could explain lack of power in cold. fingers crossed no fault codes while the truck ran like my old 7.3 dealer could not believe what it was doing lol thank god they witness it them self's
