black screen

My 2018 has 2000 miles on it now. Friday night I had the Sync screen go black. It came back later but is this a common problem? Should I be worried?

Not a common problem but not unheard of. It is basically a computer and monitor. But if it starts happening with any regularity its time for a trip to the dealer.

I'm hoping it doesn't continue. I was just telling a friend last week how I didn't have any complaints with my truck.

My 2015 has done it once in the 2yrs 4 mons I have had it.

My 2016 has had black screen several times, and has also had colored bars several times. It will usually clear up by turning the truck off and on again, but one time I had to disconnect the battery to get it working again. I hope to get it replaced before warranty runs out.
