Winter towing

Planning a trip from NE Ohio to South Utah, leaving Feb 26 & returning end of March. I have a 2017 F350 6.7L Supercab 4x4 short bed & I'm towing a 38' 5th Wheel. The trailer is winterized but we'll need to dewinterize for use on the way out & we'll likely encounter freezing temperatures. Question is how to prevent water lines from freezing. My thought is to run the furnace as we're towing.
Any suggestions?
Also worried about the effects of salt on the trailer. It is a Heartland Landmark with fiberglass siding. We bought it used but I don't think it has the cold weather package. Thanks

salt on frame and axles... body is fine.

heat will help SOME... keep all areas behind cabinets OPEN... where there is pipes.

I keep everything DRY... and carry gallon jugs of water for bathroom use. store in shower...

Running down the road in freezing temps it will freeze even with the heat on, just to much cooling effect from the wind. The only thing you will do it burn a lot of propane. Just keep it winterized and carry water in jugs until you get to warmer temps.

Yep hard to keep stuff warm. One time we moved this guy about 2 hours on a lowboy we tried to keep steam up. It was ready to pop off when we left with a fire hotter than the blazes of hell going. stopped several times to add coal. Had just enough steam to unload it and drive a few hundred feet before she said all done. Normally we would drain the boiler and transport it empty but where we were going they had no way to unload it and they were short on water. (collect and store rainwater for boiler use)

spray the underside with fluid film, it helps.

I run to the first stop with it winterized and then after that if we move it, I just drain the low points and open the facets and go. Sometimes I de-winterize at home too though. If so I will run the furnace on low till we move and run the hot water heater..

I will run with a full tank of fresh water.

I don't connect the water or sewer until needed and then store them away once done.
