I have an internal oil leak and ive re oringed my injectors and changed my oil. i only get 200 psi at the icp after the truck has warmed up. i was wanting to know how i can check to see if my HPOP is causing the problem
If you are indeed working on a 7.3 you can deadhead the pump with gauges in each line but first you need to make sure you have a good working IPR and associated wiring for the IPR. My bet would be on an injector, injector o-ring or IPR issue. Does the truck start and run until it gets hot? Have you pressured up the HPO rails with air to check for injector related issues?

what size gauge threads into the pumps lines? 1/4"?
on the IPR note my ipr runs at 8-12% duty at idle and 50%, maxing out at 64%, when the truck wont build enough pressure for the injectors. I have not replaced the IPR or its pigtail but my understanding was that is was working normally.
I have found a broken o ring and have re oringed all 8 injectors and the truck idled much better but wouldnt restart once hot.
the truck sees 1500psi at the icp when cold and will run until it shuts off. truck will not restart until oil temperature has cooled to around 100* Im running motorcraft 15w40
i have not pressureized the oil rails, what is the procedure and what should i be looking for?
