Dually - yes, it was a CPU cutout. I sat down with him and picked between 2 diff programs he had. I think the 3M template was the winner if I remember right. Installer let me know that if it didn't work out, it would end up being 1 rectangle cutout around all the letters. But he was able to get to all lay down perfectly. Northwest Auto Tinters if you are ever in the PNW. Great guys.

And sorry if this is high-jacking the thread...

+1 here my installer too had the computer cut out the letters, they said that the film would just pull away over time. I would agree the installer as I have had other installers try and do complex depressions which after a year just pop, and I have used most of the major films they all end up doing it.

If one has a black truck I believe it is well worth the investment. Like others said, it makes clean up a breeze. So worth it. And it does enhance the look of the paint. So, it must be prepped right or it will magnify defects. That is the key.
