Running rough when warm

Solved but another issue now
Hey guys
I swapped out the FICM for a used one I borrowed not change
Then swapped out the IPR for the old one I had
FIXED.....no more stutter runs sweet
Test drove it for a while all ok
Hooked up the caravan...travel trailer for you guys... seeemed ok then got a MIL(wrench) 2123 2138 2139
Cleared them and still get the 2123
I'll start with chasing wires for a Vref issue

I think I'm done now...at last
Vref at pedal was 6.95v so I started checking all the Vref sensors with volt meter hooked up
Unhooked EGR ( I have an EGR delete but the valve is still in) makes a difference to VGT) went to 5v wiggled the wires and went up
I stripped it back to find the insulation was gone taped ir up temp and drove it no codes
IDS shows Vref stable at 5 no DTC's
