I know y'all missed me. Been going through some personal crap, but it's all OK now.
I've been buying hurricane flood cars. Mostly Toyota Pruis - I drive one when I'm not in my truck to balance out the old carbon footprint; now I have six of them. But I also bought a couple of trucks. Here's the pics:
The 2006 E450 only has 110k miles and runs great. Has something wrong with the brakes - the pedal pulses when sitting at a light and it makes some grinding noises. The PO said the brakes were locked up by the flood. I haven't had time to mess with it.
The 1992 F250 has a 7.3IDI that's hydrolocked. Was running fine before the storm. What's the chances I can get it running again after it's sat for several months? I guess this is the wrong forum for that engine. I'll go post over there.
As usual, I bought them cheap, way cheap, so I don't have much to lose.
