Ive searched but I cannot find consistent answers, just people assuming and guessing. Can anyone please tell me for sure what the width and offset for the 16" OEM F350 OBS Alcoa wheels are? Thanks
E-350's have a width that is 1" wider, why I don't know. As for the offset, I don't know what it is But if the answer is not known I will have mine off later today and I can measure it for you.
Well, pulled my tire and set a cross piece across the tire and measured to the mounting surface. It measured 5.250" then I subtracted the distance from the cross piece to the rim lip, that was 1" so from the mounting surface to the rim lip is 4.250 on my rims. They also have the small recesses for the ford hub cover to mount in. If you want to see the measurement, pm me with your phone number and I can send you a pic. I hope this helps you in your planning.

DB, did you just sum up the info or did you find it somewhere? This post actually had me wondering if the E-series that is an inch wider had the same offset.
