20" Wheel Q
I currently have 305/65/18 on the stock 18x7.5" wheels with no rubbing. I've purchased Toyo M/T 35x12.5x20 tires for summer, and am looking at a 20x8.5 wheel with 5.93 backside, which is almost stock back spacing. A buddy is telling me the wheels are now going to rub. Anyone running a 20x8.5" wheel without spacers? Thanks!

With that backspacing you'll have around .5" less offset than the stock wheel. It's hard to say if it'll rub or not unless someone has aready tried that combination. With that offset, you should at least be able to run a 1" wider tire and have the same inside clearance as with your stock wheel. 305 mm is 12", so it would appear that it should fit. Unfortunately, there is a lot of variation in actual cross section widths between manufacturers and what rim the tire is mounted on for measurement.
