Not hard at all. Just get the engine mounts from a 6 cylinder truck. I even kept the stock exhaust. Since the 351 had a muffler with 2 pipes in and I was running the EFI dual exhaust manifolds it bolted up. I had a little trouble with the local muffler shop finding the right flange and had to modify/make one for them. A few minor wiring issues to sort out but with the efi gone, you have plenty of hot leads under the hood to choose from

What if you wanted to keep the EFI? to much trouble? I really wasn't looking for a big project but if it was fairly painless I might consider it.

I have no experience but I would think the six cylinder harness and ECM for sure. I would not attempt something like that without a donor truck in the same year range.
