Dead USB ports

Dead USB ports

Last weekend I bought a 2015 XLT with a console. I was using the USB outlets to charge my phone and it worked well until Friday. They stopped working. I checked the connection, the cord, and the other ports including the 12v. All of them are dead.
Any ideas?

Check the fuse?

Not yet. Been so cold here I lack the motivation to go outside. Lol. That will be the first place I look.

I have my old one from my 2016. Needed to buy a new one to get Apple CarPlay and have no need for the old one. Apparently the hardware is different for security reasons, only with Apple. Has 2 vertical plugs.

If you need one let me know....not free but surely cheap ($10 including shipping would be fine).

Thanks for the offer. On monday I plugged my phone in to test it out and it worked. It worked fine all week. Maybe my phone had a glitch or something.
