Looks like my front timing cover is leaking. 03 F350 with 215k. Any recommendations for gasket kit. Should I replace low pressure oil pump. Any areas of interest I should inspect during disassembly. And lastly, any recommended upgrades. I have already upgraded water pump so going to the new newer year cover not an option right now
Mahle JV5066 is a kit that should have everything you need. It can be had for about $30-40. It's listed as being for 03-07 years.
I'd inspect the oil pump and only replace it if it's chewed up (also check the housing where it rides, to see if you need a new front cover, which is unfortunately expensive).
Look into installing the front crank seal. It's best done with the special tool, which is like $150 to rent, $300 to buy. There are $80 options that should do the trick, see https://www.accuratediesel.com/shop/261.html . Or find someone who you can borrow the expensive tool from, or have a shop do the whole job.
I'm not sure, but everywhere lists it for 03-07. It says it comes with "water pump gaskets" - plural - which I'm guessing means one for each size. I think I had extra o-rings when I used this kit a couple of months ago, which would make sense for this to be for both style pumps.
One thing I just remembered: the Mahle front crank seal is the "old style", which works fine and is what I just used, but there are other kinds that have loctite-type stuff baked on the I.D. of the wear ring to better prevent leaks. You might want to look into getting that kind of crank seal.
