Hello all;
Been a while since I posted here but I have a question.
I am looking to upgrade the front and rear brakes on my 97 350 4wd. Does anybody have a favorite for this. I carry a very heavy cabover and then pull a small utility trailer in the mountains. Last time out I toasted (not too bad but not good) the stock rotors on a long windy downhill. Yea, I know better but traditionally I've driven stick shifts and could use less brake. I was being careful but was still shocked at how fast it happened.
Is it possible to convert to newer larger brakes off late model trucks? Any aftermarket kits known to be worthwhile?
