4x4 battery tray.

4x4 battery tray.
I see a 65 4x4 F-250 for sale on craigslist. It looks like there is a battery tray under the passenger side floorboard. Is this correct? A 65 2 wheel drive is under the hood according to photos.

I found a replacement cab that is pretty rust free. The issue is that the battery box is in the passenger side floor like a 4x4 but the vin indicates that it is a 4x2? The doors on which the vin tag is on looks original to the truck. It has a 122 inch wheelbase which was only used on 4x2's according to the info I have found. I've got all that info. The issue is that the vin seems to indicate a 2x2 but the cab has the battery box in the floorboard??
