need help with 1948-52 window regulator

I do not have a truck available to check this on currently as am not home. the window regulator has two little "arms" that stick upwards. I think they should stay in that mostly vertical position, but it appears on this one they have gone almost horizontal forward. Any help is appreciated!!!!

Without glass installed, the channel can flop all over. I don't think anything is actually wrong with yours.

Edit: looking closer, I am not sure that you have glass installed or not? If the glass is installed, the channel may not be centered

I believe that when the window regulator is all the way up those arms would be near vertical. (With the glass installed in the channel any way)??
