That bar may have been added along the way by a previous owner, or possibly was a stand alone option when new?

Ok...I ran the VIN and got a build sheet. Included are option C1CAE - Trailer tow heavy duty, DYKAB - Front stabilizer bar, and DZLAB - Rear stabilizer bar. This doesn't constitute any kind of "tow package" but it does tell me that the sway bars are factory units. I wonder if the C1CAE option is the receiver hitch?

Doubtful, I'm pretty sure it is the "package" it is also on a 2015 F-150 and a 1995 F-150.
IOW, the hitch is part of the "C1CAE Tow Heavy Duty" package. But then again, there is a possibility I could be wrong.
