Fuel Gauge Haywire

Fuel Gauge Haywire
2005 Limited. Parked outside -20 last night. Had to jump start with a cart. Now the fuel gauge points to the complete left, off the scale, almost backwards. Is this an easy fix or something that needs a dealership mechanic?

Close out this thread. The gauge started working normally again after sitting overnight.
Also, today, I traded it in on a 2018 Expedition Limited. The 2005 is history and the 2018 is in my garage while I study the operators manual. It is scary technically for real.
