Edelbrock 500 cfm
I purchased the Offenhauser open bore intake and Hedman headers but I’m having difficulty with the carb lining up with the accelerator cable. What adapter plates did to use? Or what have you done? Than kyou

I used the stock cable clamp, bent one tab straight, and fastened it under a manifold bolt. The accelerator cable (shown between the red lines) is bent pretty severely, bit still works remarkably well. Ensure you have full pedal travel when you have everything set up.

I have the stock exhaust manifold for now, so the intake is heated by the exhaust. I am in the process of building a coolant heater plate for when I install the EFI manifolds. I am waiting on my Y pipe, and I need to braze one more coolant tube on my plate. Brazing aluminum is interesting! I am in NorCal, and winter temps are usually above freezing.

You might have to change the throttle cable to make it work. Some have used the cable from an E-van and modified or fabricated a bracket and some of us have invested in a Lokar cable and bracket.
