Windshield washer pump and hose

Windshield washer pump and hose
Just installed a new washer pump. Pump works but fluid does not reach the nozzles! Tried clearing the lines with compressed air and blew the hoses off the nozzles.
How do I access the nozzle hoses under the cowling? Any tricks to get to the hoses or does the cowling need to come off? If so, how do I remove the cowling?

What year is your truck?
92-96 nozzles are removable and replaceable with the cowl still in place, but to replace the hoses you will need to wrestle the cowl off the truck.
If you gently lift the windshield side of the nozzle off of the cowl, it should rock up and out of the cowl and you can disconnect the hose right there.
If they came off with the blast of air, you may be able to use a hooked wire or something to reach in and grab it.
If you need to remove cowl, it probably will be a tricky job with the hood still in place. I had to tape up all of the edges on mine so I didn't scratch it all up when trying to maneuver around the open hood.
Also- I have heard that you are NOT supposed to put any kind of stick pin into the nozzle for cleaning purposes.

It is a 1995!
I pulled the two nozzles and found the hoses are still attached. But when I cycle the washer, water runs out from the underside of the truck. I think there is a T fitting under the cowling that separated when I blew compressed air through the line at the washer tank.
Looks like I will need to remove the cowling to re-attach the nozzle lines.
