17' Infotainment issues/cluster
Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with their 8" screen? literally can't access anything unless its from steering controls, can't even pull up climate via screen, ect..... anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes so the system can re-boot?
A master or soft reset will usually take care of this problem but since you can`t access these or any features via the SYNC screen, a battery disconnect might be your best choice.

Before doing battery disconnect, try a reboot by holding the power button(inside the volume) and the froward seek button at the same time. Takes about 3-4 seconds. Let it reboot. If that doesn't work, you should take it in to log the problem with your dealer service department atleast.
Really best to have service deal with these issues so it's properly tracked for your warrenty purposes. As there are lots of issues, they can narrow down the issues and address as appropriate. Hard to trouble shoot when you don't have all the information.

My brother had his truck bed removed and they left the wiring unplugged until he had a utility bed installed. While the bed was off and the tail lites were unplugged the radio did not work right mirror, heater, AC right side power mirrors, windows and door locks did not work. It was caused by the wiring was unplugged and was breaking the circuit that supplied power. I think one of the connections under the truck bed is not making contact. The radio did work wit steering wheel controls.
