Speedometer recalibration

Speedometer recalibration
I have a 2003 E450 van that I changed the rear axle ratio from 410 to 370, I took the van to the ford dealership and they reprogramed the speedometer and it is still the same. What next. No one seems to make a programmer the that recalibrates this vehicle with the 7.3 diesel.
