2006 6.0l throwing codes

hey gang, my ‘06 6.0l f250 just started to throw a couple codes, p0470, p0676, p0675. And once the engine is warmed up, it doesn’t want to go back to low idle. I know what the codes are, any ideas on plan of attack?

Eventhough you know what the codes are, I will post the information.

P0675 #5 glow plug circuit
P0676 #6 glow plug circuit

For these codes ohm out the harness and the individual glow plugs

P0470:
"EBP connector problem and /or EBP sensor problem (9.5 times out of 10, a P0470 is solved with a new EBP sensor). Symptoms: Idle surge or flare; surge at cruise, intermittent stall.

Inspect the connector for wear. The P0470 indicates a max value reported to the PCM even at KOEO. It could be a short to power, connector, wiring, or even a PCM issue. TSB 09-24-03 talks about the possibility of a false P0470 code. This code can cause a MAP/BARO correlation code (P0069)."
