Ranger problem

Salutations. I have a 99' Ranger 4.0 4x4. I put the key in the ignition, the doors chime goes off 3x then nothing. No power, no chime. Turn the key, nothing. Suggestions? This is an ongoing problem with this trk. I am guessing a passive alarm sys problem. Tnx for any info.

If, for some reason, you or someone you know has to take a DMV driver test, use the '65. Trust Me. The examiner will not be able to process this in their head and may need counseling.

LOL In 76 I used a 68 Dodge B100 van with a camper top (different color than truck) so you could stand up inside, no windows, 3 on the tree.
Only had to drive around the block and park it.
Could have been I started to yell at him for telling me to pullout in front of traffic I did not feel safe to do?

Hardest part was digging out the seat belts before I went in for the test as we did not use belts back then.

I did get a look when I pointed him to what I had to drive LOL.
