Pretty soon you won't be able to go thru metal detectors! In overdrive at work trying to finish up on open work orders. Looking more and more like snow on New years eve and New years day. What the heck happened to above average temps this winter?

Already tell the screeners about my right hip.
Guess the weather people got it wrong this year. At least we dont have 5 ft of snow.

It was a short work week and still ended up working 38 hrs. A 3 hr job to install a hammer ended up taking 10 hrs. They were talking about maybe having to work today but finally decided not to. It looks like next week is going to be super cold, so much for global warming and above average temps this winter. Hopefully everything will work out for you Jacob.

Little man turned 2 yesterday and was also our wedding anniversary.

Last day of 2017!
What a whirlwind of a year! Other than loosing my father it was a pretty good year and it sure did go by quickly. First full year being retired from the Army and a huge blow out vacation to Disney World. On tap for next year we have our cruise, a trip to the beach and probibly a short 3 day trip to Disney World again.

Put a new battery in the Ford tractor yesterday and the starter still drags. I went ahead and ordered a new starter and a solenoid too. I got the new carb and air filter in for the wheel horse this week and will try to see if I can get that thing running today.

Mom in-law got me an Amazon Echo for christmas and this thing is pretty cool. I will probibly buy some smart bulbs and try out controlling some lighting.

The wife is warming up to a 3 day return trip to Disney next December. The cost will be minimal compaired to what we spent in September.

It's cold outside, the wind just cuts right thru you.
