Look at their setup. I just got one for my '17 CCSB 6.2L. I only use the factory 3 button key fob. Easy to install and no extra key fob. 1/2 the cost of a OEM unit.
If you get one please tell them i referred you.
Hey Joel thanks for the response that's all I was looking for I'll definitely let them know you sent me have a good day thanks Yokai
There's a thread or 2 on the 12 Volt Solutions setup also. Some guys were happy with it, some were not.
I'd check into it further before blindly buying.

Just FYI..... "Factory" remote start is on the key, and Ford does not offer a kit to add remote start on the key outside of production.
Ford does offer vehicle security/remote start systems for your truck in a couple of flavors. The standard long-range one-way remote start/vehicle security system is the following 2 part numbers:
FT4Z-19A361-A
EL3Z-19G364-B
You can also get bi-directional remote start where the FOB will beep and flash to confirm a successful start. Or you can also get Remote Access to remote start your truck from your cell phone. The remote access modules are being phased out for a more expensive system being released soon.

I've got the FT4Z-19A361A coming along with a DL3Z-19A390B for my 2017. I was sure that I read that the second part will work on 2017s.
Did I order the wrong RMU?

You have the correct numbers, and yes it will work just fine.
The part numbers I posted was basic one-way remote start, not the Remote Access RMU.

Thanks. Will have to search out a bidirectional fob once everything is here for those times that I don't have the phone handy.
I also installed a longer range antenna in my last truck but was told that it isn't always necessary.
I have the 12vsolutions remote start kit on my '17 6.7 and it works flawlessly. Takes a few extra seconds to initialize and actually start the truck than the factory setup but nothing I feel I can gripe about. Extremely easy to install I might add.
