Digital Climate Control Swap
Just bought my first 2003 F150 flareside on Tuesday. Not my first Ford truck- but my first that I've owned myself. Anyhow, now that its mine, its time to start upgrading. I was wondering if its possible to simply switch the manually controlled climate control to a digital climate control simply by swapping factory control units.

Personally, I rather have the manual controls. I have the EATC and hate it. It's a pain to set it the way you want it. You are always fidling with the temp buttons. If you try to manually slow the fan down it speeds it back up. You have to change the temp to get the fan to change. I like to just set it the way I like it a forget about it. But, again it's a subjective thing.
