Just bought a 2011 F-250 Lariat and the original radio has been changed out with a $75 cheap radio.
looking for suggestions on a replacement navigation unit that will work with the steering wheel and sync system. I see quite a few available but not sure.

There are a ton of YouTube videos on some of the Kenwood ones that guys have stuck in their SD's and there is one member here who had a thread up on his install and he got the steering wheel controls working with his unit he installed. ( sorry can't recall who it was to find that thread but I will look and see if I can dig a link up for you )

Yep, been checking on the internet at all the different brands. Just curious what these guys have done. Looking at salvage yards and various places for an original one first.
I am a full blooded Kenwood fan though.
