Did you order it with the block heater option? The only Ford trucks that come standard with block heaters are the diesels as far as I know.

If you have one, the plug will be next to the front license plate bracket. That's where mine is anyway.

Unless Ford has changed things over the years, most F150`s in Canada come standard with a block heater.

It may be tucked behind the bumper, drivers side of the truck.

When I was searching dealer inventories for 2017 F-150s back in August, I noticed they were standard on trucks sold in Minnesota too.

I wanted one for my 2016, but they’re only offered in “cool” states...

I live in BC Canada, locally they are an option. None of my personal vehicles have a block heater. About 1/3 of my company pickups do have a block heater. Of those I am not sure if any have ever been plugged in except for the diesel engined F550 trucks.
The F150 and F350 trucks it is doubtful that they have.
I sometimes have to drive the diesel F550 trucks, and when I do, can say that I do not plug them in.
If it gets that cold outside, I am staying home and snuggled up by the fire place anyway.
