Technical photo/info thread

I see there is a vintage photo thread and I have made it to page 19 so far.
I found a few photos that would or could be part of a Technical thread.
I wonder if there is such a thread?

Included would be all the stuff you need like torque specs, oil types, engine specs etc., etc.
If every post were started with the year and what was worked on then it could be searched Eg: 1945 Rear spring torque spec.

Here is what I would consider a technical photo because of the useful info it has.

The Van Pelt site has a lot of good info, torque specs, etc.

Emergency brake handle

I looked through the Vanpelt site a little and found some great photos of engine and other parts. I really realized how many shots they had while looking for photos of my Transmission. Searching under images in Google brought up lots from their site.

However i was looking for info on my emergency brake and someone sent me this link where I found a great example of a photo that would go here.

This came from a post: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ncy-brake.html
Newold46 is the photographer, thanks

While probably posted elsewhere too, bringing these materials together into one thread has a lot of merit. I’ll start with the dump truck. Stu

this guy has a great idea that should be shared. I'm sure he has more good ones and they can be found in this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ngton-6x6.html

Built a rotisserie and threw in 40 lug nuts. Tied the rotisserie to my metal tumbler so it would be driven and the neighbors would stop staring at the weirdo across the street jumping up and down shaking a gas tank for hours on end. Good news story. Got most of the rust chunks out after about 5 hours.

Window regulator

Here is a repair kit for a (I think based on the parts bag sticker) 40-48 window regulator. I bought it for my 47 Merc.

I was looking for a fuel tank sender for my motorhome ( a 76 Dodge Chinook) and came across this web site that fixes any kind of fuel tank sender.
