If you are referring to the part of the process where you upload your log file then yes. Mine had an error and never officially told me it was complete or whatever but once I logged in and out it said I was up to date and it was showing version 2.3

Mine did not take quite that long. I did mine with a USB stick and the actual updating took maybe 20 minutes. I did have to attempt it twice though. The first time it said it was updating but never got a completed notification. Second time it completed and said it would all be updated once I restart the truck.

I decided to say screw it and try again tomorrow. When I turned the truck off and open the door I got a pop up asking if I wanted to do automatic updates. I said no, then restarted of the truck and it's continuing to do the update now so I think maybe it got stuck I'll sit with it for a little .

I let mine sit for an hour running yesterday, and it was stuck on the "Upgrading Software" message and didn't continue. I shut it off and went inside. This morning, when I started up the truck, it still had the message and it didn't go away during my 25 minute drive to work. Started up the truck to come home from work, and it still didn't go away after the 25 minutes home....I think it's stuck.
Any ideas? What did you guys do to make it start working after it got stuck? Did you guys press "power" to the radio to turn the audio off while it was upgrading? I'm just trying to figure out what I should do now.

That's exactly what happened to me tonight when I updated my Sync. Wouldn't take my XLM log file as an update, but when I clicked off it showed up to date?
