My 62 has an air condition unit. I've never tested it
since its' missing the idler pulley. See image attached
Where can I buy this pulley , so I can put a belt
for the a/c ?
thank you for the reply. All paperwork I have states that this is a 62 but it could be a later build. Or like you stated the previous owner could have added it. All hoses
condensor and inside unit seem to be working. The compressor spins freely, i just
need the correct pulleys to run a belt to it.

Try one of the aftermarket suppliers like Classic Auto Air or Vintage Air or the other one whose name I can't think of. Once upon a time I know that CAA used to sell bits like that but that was a few years ago. Good luck with your search.

I have this same setup for my 64 I could take a picture of the idler pulley if you need a reference photo. I would need to dig it out of my box but I know I have it.

Yes please and it's a 64 maybe a Mustang, thunderbird
or another Ford from the same year, could donate it's parts.

Thank you
its a pretty simply pulley set up I’m sure if you can’t find one someone could fab one up for you fairly easily. I’m in the opposite boat I have the brackets and the pump but I don’t have the in cab parts somewhere along the line they were removed and I have no idea what it even looks like
For some reason photobucket won’t let me share the pictures publicly anymore. So I’ll repost them directly
Yes, unfortunately, the wonderful, free hosting site has decided to blackmail all its users into paying for its service after years of no charge storage and retrieval.
So, I've spent literally hours removing my pics from Photobucket and storing them on my hard drive. I refuse to be swindled.
